The Raveonettes are a Danish duo (not a couple) who named themselves after a Buddy Holly song (obviously!) This is the really moody opener to their new album which I want to dedicate to Alexandra up in Connecticut. Lyrics here. And even though the song's only been out three months, it's already been covered by the cover-happy Minneapolis/Athens, GA band Ruby Isle.
